Villa Carlivo ist eine beeindruckende, moderne Villa in perfekter Lage in Açoteias, Olhos de Água, nur ca. 5 km östlich von Albufeira. Dank der fußläufigen Nähe zu Supermarkt, Cafés und einer Auswahl hervorragender Restaurants ist kein Mietwagen zwingend erforderlich, um den Aufenthalt in dieser Villa zu genießen.
Der Swimmingpool kann gegen einen Aufpreis von 200 € pro Woche bzw. Teilwoche beheizt werden.
Die Villa erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen und bietet einen schönen Blick über die umliegende Landschaft. Der Zugang erfolgt über elektrische Tore und eine traditionelle, gepflasterte Auffahrt, die zur überdachten Parkfläche führt.
Im Inneren erwartet Sie ein offener Wohn- und Essbereich, stilvoll eingerichtet mit einem komfortablen Ledersofa, Flachbild-TV mit englischen und internationalen Sendern, einem Esstisch mit 10 Stühlen sowie einer gemütlichen Sitzecke rund um den dekorativen Marmorkamin.
Große Schiebetüren führen auf die überdachten Terrassen, die mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet sind und sich ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien eignen. Zudem steht ein hochwertiger Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung.
Die moderne Küche ist mit weißen Hochglanz-Einbauschränken und schwarzen Marmorarbeitsflächen ausgestattet. Zu den integrierten Geräten gehören Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Elektrobackofen, Elektrokochfeld, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler sowie Waschmaschine.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer:
• ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Duschbad
• zwei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten, eines davon ebenfalls mit eigenem Duschbad
Zusätzlich gibt es ein separates Duschbad.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, beide mit eigenem Duschbad.

We all had a wonderful time and we wouldnt hesitate in booking again.

The villa is very nicely decorated and is always spotlessly clean. I like the fact that it's close to the village and it's unnecessary to hire a car.

It's great that the transfers are part of the service. The pool area is lovely and we really liked the new sunbeds. Having the option to heat the pool is very welcome. We like the villa so much that we have booked again for 2022 and would like to visit again in 2023. The improvements I have suggested are minor and certainly not "complaints" and have no impact on whether we will return or not. |

Some of the dinner plates do not fit into the dishwasher and need to be hand-washed. I felt that if there were 10 adults staying, that there wouldn't be enough coffee cups or bowls. A review of the quantities of all delph is needed.

Egg cups would be a very welcome addition as would champagne glasses. The outdoor dining table is showing quite a lot of wear and needs to be fixed or replaced. The last time we stayed, we reported on the pooling of water from the plant troughs near the outdoor dining area - this is still happening and has led to wear and tear on the tiles in this area. |
