Villa Duma ist eine moderne Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern, privatem Swimmingpool und privatem Jacuzzi.
Sowohl der Pool als auch der Jacuzzi können gegen Aufpreis beheizt werden (Poolheizung: 200 € pro Woche/Teilwoche, Jacuzzi-Heizung: 70 € pro Woche/Teilwoche).
Die Villa verfügt über WLAN sowie Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich und in allen Schlafzimmern.
Der Zugang zur Villa erfolgt über einige Stufen. Im Inneren befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Elektrobackofen, Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank und Mikrowelle.
Zusätzlich gibt es einen separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine.
Der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich bietet Sofa, TV, Esstisch und Stühle und hat direkten Zugang zur Pool- und Terrassenanlage.
Schlafzimmer
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit zwei Einzelbetten, Einbauschränken und eigenem Duschbad en suite.
Über eine Treppe gelangt man ins Obergeschoss, wo sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit großen Doppelbetten, Einbauschränken und en-suite Badezimmern (Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung) befinden.
Diese Schlafzimmer teilen sich eine große Terrasse, von der aus eine Treppe direkt zur Pool- und Gartenterrasse führt.
Außenbereich
Im Außenbereich stehen privater Swimmingpool, privater Jacuzzi, gepflegte Gartenflächen sowie Parkmöglichkeiten abseits der Straße zur Verfügung.

Dies ist eine Selbstversorgerunterkunft. Reinigungsmittel werden – abgesehen von einem kleinen Starterpaket – nicht bereitgestellt.

Der wunderschöne Strand Praia Maria Luísa ist in etwa 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Ein Golfplatz befindet sich nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

The villa is beautiful, we had such a lovely holiday with the pool and jacuzzi being heated. The villa was well equipped, very clean, and a lovely bar bq to use.
The team were all amazing that looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble. One of thmehr anzeigen

The team were all amazing that looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble. One of the team Luis was very kind took us places even on his day off. My son needed medical attention, Luis took us straight away. The private hospital was not far and we didn't have to wait long. All of the team were available on the phone at any time. Plenty of shops and restaurants at a short drive away. Some places walking distance. We are already planning to return next year. Helen in the office is very accommodating, plenty of communication and she made sure everything went to plan from our transfer to arranging a welcome pack. There is not one thing that could be better. Best holiday we have ever had. |

From the moment we landed to the moment we went home we received a 5 * service from Pedro.
His dedication to his job of making sure we had an amazing relaxing holiday was 100% spot on.

His dedication to his job of making sure we had an amazing relaxing holiday was 100% spot on. The villa was everything we expected and more. I cannot fault our holiday and time we spent there. Tips for anyone going, take some supplies with you like dishwasher tablets , salt and pepper. I took breakfast items in our case and snacks for the kids so we had a supply of things in the villa from day one. We didn’t need to do this as Pedro was happy to arrange for shopping to be there for you and pay on arrival but I am a bit of a creature comfort with my brands so I was happy I took this with us . ( even my frozen anchor butter ) ) We hope to return here one day but have a few other places to visit before hand , Shane they don’t do villas in Cyprus as would defo book. The pool and jacuzzi being heated was perfect it was like stepping into a warm bath. The children loved the pool and the whole experience was spot on . Thanks you Pedro for an amazing stress free break xx |

We used the Outside BBQ but there were no essentials outside to clean the BBQ ( which he did obviously ) but we may have been able to clean better if there had been items to clean it with

I would say we would rate 10/10 but here are a few suggestions to make 11/10 Might be an idea to have more outside furniture ( ie loungers) on the veranda upstairs. I’m guessing there is a large garage downstairs and it might be an idea to allow guests to access this as a den / lounge area with Table Tennis/ Snooker/ table football ( which there is now at the Villa which is new from our last visit.) We have stayed in Villas in both America and Tenerife which has this and makes for a good area for teenage children and also allows for great family entertainment ( particularly if the weather is bad) overall no complaints this is a stunning Villa and we would definitely like to return . The taxi service was very late on the 2 occasions we used them. A phone call to say was running late would of been nice. Even though had booked one at 11am for 8pm. But not a big problem and there are enough other taxis around to use.

This is our second stay at this villa, can't fault it. Great space. Nice location for peace and quiet but also easy access to albuferia. We had the pool heated which was perfect. We will be staying again.

Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett befinden sich im separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum mit viel Stauraum. Weitere Ausstattung: Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Dolce-Gusto-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Stabmixer.

Gebogene Terrassentüren führen vom Wohnbereich auf eine großzügige, überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und die Gärten. Hier befindet sich ein Außentisch mit Stühlen für Mahlzeiten im Schatten. Der Holzkohlegrill liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ein paar Stufen führen hinunter zum Schlafbereich.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett, großzügigen Kleiderschrank, Safe und ein en-suite Duschbad mit begehbarer Dusche und beheiztem Handtuchhalter. Vom Schlafzimmer führen Doppeltüren auf eine südlich ausgerichtete Terrasse.
Schlafzimmer 2 ist mit zwei Einzelbetten, Einbauschränken und Terrassentüren ausgestattet.
Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über ein Doppelbett.
Diese beiden Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein großzügiges Familienbad, das 2021 renoviert wurde und über eine große begehbare italienische Dusche verfügt.

Villa Mirante bietet herrliche Ausblicke über die Region Vale de Parra bis zur Küste. Diese geräumige, private Villa ist ideal für Familien, da der Swimmingpool eingezäunt und abschließbar ist.
Der Pool kann gegen einen Aufpreis von 200 € pro Woche bzw. Teilwoche beheizt werden (zahlbar beim Check-in).
Die Villa liegt leicht erhöht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit nur wenigen Nachbarvillen und bietet schöne Ausblicke über die Landschaft bis zum Meer.
Der Zugang zum Haupteingang erfolgt über 6 Stufen.
Innenbereich
Im Inneren verfügt die Villa über eine große Eingangshalle, die in die voll ausgestattete Küche führt. Diese bietet Marmor-Arbeitsflächen, Elektrobackofen, Elektrokochfeld, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler sowie sämtliches Kochgeschirr, Utensilien, Töpfe und Geschirr für einen komfortablen Selbstversorgeraufenthalt.
Ein separater Hauswirtschaftsraum ist mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett ausgestattet.
Der Wohn- und Essbereich verfügt über bequeme Sofas, TV, DVD-Player sowie einen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Terrassentüren führen direkt auf die Terrasse und den Poolbereich. Auf der überdachten Terrasse befindet sich zudem ein Außen-Esstisch mit Stühlen.
Schlafzimmer
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit Einbauschränken:
