Villa Cor de Rosa ist eine beeindruckende, moderne und sehr großzügige Villa mit 5 Schlafzimmern. Diese luxuriöse und elegante Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet im nördlichen Teil von Albufeira.
Die wichtigsten Einrichtungen des Resorts sind in etwa 30–40 Gehminuten oder nur wenige Autominuten erreichbar.
Die Villa erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und bietet viel Platz sowie hohen Wohnkomfort.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer:
• ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten
• ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Duschbad
Zusätzlich gibt es auf dieser Etage ein separates Duschbad. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Einbauschränke und private Terrassen.
Die große, hochwertig ausgestattete Küche bietet reichlich Stauraum, Granit-Arbeitsflächen sowie sämtliche notwendigen Utensilien. Zur Ausstattung gehören Elektrobackofen/Kombi-Mikrowelle, ausschließlich elektrische Kochfelder, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.
Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem Fernseher ausgestattet und verfügt über Doppeltüren, die direkt auf die Terrasse und den Swimmingpoolbereich führen.
Der Essbereich bietet einen Tisch mit Stühlen, zusätzlich steht auf der Außenterrasse ein weiterer Esstisch mit Stühlen zur Verfügung.
Sowohl die Küche als auch der Wohnbereich führen in einen Wintergarten mit Tisch, vier Stühlen und einem dekorativen Kamin.
Eine Treppe führt in das Obergeschoss, wo sich drei weitere Schlafzimmer befinden. Alle sind mit Doppelbetten, Einbauschränken und eigenen Duschbädern ausgestattet.
Eines der en-suite Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung.
Die Villa ist mit Warm-/Kalt-Klimaanlage in allen Räumen sowie kostenfreiem WLAN ausgestattet.

We stayed in this house with our whole family (10 people) and it was perfect for us. The property is incredibly spacious, with 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms — ideal for giving every couple or pair their own privacy and comfort.

Fully equipped with all the amenities and kitchen utensils needed for our group of 10. There’s plenty of room for parking, with space for two cars inside the property without any issues. The swimming pool is great as well even though it was December and the weather was cold, we still enjoyed a couple of refreshing quick swims. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Whenever we needed something, the hosts were available and helpful. Overall, a fantastic house for a family stay — we would happily return. You need a car , or using taxi / uber, for us it was not a problem at all. We knew it in advance, you can see the location |

This is the perfect villa for all ages. Close enough to Albufiera but far enough not to be bothered by the noise. The villa is spacious and comfortable with a huge pool. Pavel our house Manager was professional and courteous and on hand if needed. Wmehr anzeigen

Pavel our house Manager was professional and courteous and on hand if needed. We hired a car but used Uber as it was so cheap. And there is a supermarket on the doorstep. Our deposit was refunded within 48 hours without issue. I would highly recommend This villa and villas Duma.

This was our second visit to the Villa and again did not disappoint. The accommodation is well equipped, well maintained, spacious and located in a quiet residential area. Nice large pool with access and depth to suit all swimming abilities. Since oumehr anzeigen
This was our second visit to the Villa and again did not disappoint. The accommodation is well equipped, well maintained, spacious and located in a quiet residential area. Nice large pool with access and depth to suit all swimming abilities. Since our last visit a large Intermarche supermarket has been built literally a couple of minutes walk from the Villa so a bonus for food shopping.
The Villa is located about 2km NE of Albufeira old and new towns where the majority of restaurants are located. To avoid driving we found Uber’s to be the best alternative to access the town, readily available and only costing between €6 & €8 per trip. During our stay we had a couple of issues arise which were immediately dealt with by the Villasduma team. We thoroughly recommend this Villa for a family holiday. |

The location is quite far away for any shop, restaurant or bar so I think it would be good to either clarify that you will need to use taxi’s and make it clear the best way to book taxi’s etc.

There’s plenty to do in Albufeira and if you don’t want walk there the taxis were only about €6. Helen really looked after us and made sure we were well looked after, the cleaners worked round us and kept the villa spotless, any issues were quickly dealt with, including replacing the patio table & chairs. We’d love to come back another year

The villa was beautiful when we arrived, spacious and spotlessly clean so nobody felt like they were on top of each other and each couple had their own space. The team were so responsive leading up to our stay and Pedro was amazing! He picked us up amehr anzeigen

He picked us up and ped us wherever we needed to go, collected a cake for my Mums Birthday that I’d ordered and then gifted it to us, delivered a new BBQ during our stay and couldn’t do enough for us! He really made the trip and the villa had all the space and facilities we needed. Would definitely recommend and return!
