Villa Duma est une villa moderne de 4 chambres avec piscine privée et jacuzzi privé.
La piscine et le jacuzzi peuvent être chauffés moyennant un supplément (chauffage de la piscine : 200 € par semaine / séjour partiel, chauffage du jacuzzi : 70 € par semaine / séjour partiel).
La villa dispose de l’accès Internet Wi-Fi ainsi que de la climatisation dans le salon et dans toutes les chambres.
L’accès à la villa se fait par quelques marches. À l’intérieur, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant un four électrique, une plaque de cuisson, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur/congélateur et un micro-ondes.
Un espace buanderie séparé est également disponible avec un lave-linge.
Le spacieux salon / salle à manger est équipé de canapés confortables, d’une télévision, d’une table à manger et de chaises, et donne directement accès à la terrasse et à la piscine.

Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent deux chambres, chacune avec deux lits simples, des placards intégrés et une salle de douche privative.
Un escalier mène au premier étage où se trouvent deux autres chambres, chacune équipée d’un grand lit double, de placards intégrés et d’une salle de bain privative (baignoire avec douche).
Ces deux chambres partagent une grande terrasse avec un escalier menant directement à la terrasse du rez-de-chaussée et à la piscine.
Extérieurs
À l’extérieur, la villa offre un parking privé hors voirie, une piscine privée, un jacuzzi privé ainsi que de jolis jardins.

Olhos de Água est situé entre Vilamoura (environ 15 minutes en voiture) et Albufeira (environ 7 à 8 minutes en voiture).
La villa se trouve à environ 35 à 40 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport de Faro. De nombreux terrains de golf sont accessibles à proximité, notamment le golf 9 trous de Sheraton Pine Cliffs, tandis que Vilamoura propose plus d’une demi-douzaine de parcours. Le golf de Balaia Village (9 trous) est à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la villa.

There were a significant number of ants outside the villa and unfortunately, a great deal made their way into one of the downstairs bathrooms (which subsequently put her off using the bathroom altogether) and one of the upstairs bedrooms. I understaplus

The team were all amazing that looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble. One of the team Luis was very kind took us places even on his day off. My son needed medical attention, Luis took us straight away. The private hospital was not far and we didn't have to wait long. All of the team were available on the phone at any time. Plenty of shops and restaurants at a short drive away. Some places walking distance. We are already planning to return next year. Helen in the office is very accommodating, plenty of communication and she made sure everything went to plan from our transfer to arranging a welcome pack. There is not one thing that could be better. Best holiday we have ever had. |

Tips for anyone going, take some supplies with you like dishwasher tablets , salt and pepper. I took breakfast items in our case and snacks for the kids so we had a supply of things in the villa from day one. We didn’t need to do this as Pedro was happy to arrange for shopping to be there for you and pay on arrival but I am a bit of a creature comfort with my brands so I was happy I took this with us . ( even my frozen anchor butter ) ) We hope to return here one day but have a few other places to visit before hand , Shane they don’t do villas in Cyprus as would defo book. The pool and jacuzzi being heated was perfect it was like stepping into a warm bath. The children loved the pool and the whole experience was spot on . Thanks you Pedro for an amazing stress free break xx |

I’m guessing there is a large garage downstairs and it might be an idea to allow guests to access this as a den / lounge area with Table Tennis/ Snooker/ table football ( which there is now at the Villa which is new from our last visit.) We have stayed in Villas in both America and Tenerife which has this and makes for a good area for teenage children and also allows for great family entertainment ( particularly if the weather is bad) overall no complaints this is a stunning Villa and we would definitely like to return . The taxi service was very late on the 2 occasions we used them. A phone call to say was running late would of been nice. Even though had booked one at 11am for 8pm. But not a big problem and there are enough other taxis around to use.

This is our second stay at this villa, can't fault it. Great space. Nice location for peace and quiet but also easy access to albuferia. We had the pool heated which was perfect. We will be staying again.

Villa Dolce Vita est une charmante villa de plain-pied comprenant 3 chambres, de magnifiques jardins paysagers et une grande piscine privée, qui peut être chauffée moyennant un supplément de 200 € par semaine ou séjour partiel.
La villa dispose également d’un superbe jacuzzi privé, pouvant être chauffé moyennant un supplément de 100 € par semaine ou séjour partiel.
La villa peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 adultes ou 6 adultes + 2 enfants (grâce à des lits pliants supplémentaires).
Idéale pour les familles ou les groupes recherchant un environnement paisible tout en restant proches de la côte, la villa est parfaitement située près d’Olhos de Água et à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de l’animation d’Albufeira.
Intérieur
La villa dispose d’une spacieuse cuisine moderne entièrement équipée, avec des plans de travail en marbre noir brillant. Les appareils intégrés de marque Bosch comprennent un four électrique, une plaque à induction et un lave-vaisselle.
La buanderie séparée est équipée d’un lave-linge, d’un sèche-linge, d’un fer et d’une planche à repasser, ainsi que de nombreux espaces de rangement.
Les autres équipements incluent un réfrigérateur/congélateur, un micro-ondes, une machine à café Dolce Gusto, une bouilloire électrique, un grille-pain et un mixeur plongeant.
Le salon / salle à manger en open space comprend un grand canapé en cuir incurvé très confortable, une table à manger en marbre avec 6 chaises, une Smart TV à écran plat (avec Netflix et autres applications) et une superbe cheminée de style rustique.
Les portes-fenêtres cintrées donnent accès à une grande terrasse couverte surplombant la piscine et les jardins. Vous y trouverez une table extérieure avec chaises pour les repas à l’ombre ainsi qu’un barbecue à charbon à proximité.
Quelques marches mènent à l’espace nuit.
La suite parentale dispose d’un grand lit double, d’une armoire spacieuse, d’un coffre-fort et d’une salle de douche privative avec une superbe douche à l’italienne et un sèche-serviettes chauffant. Des portes-fenêtres donnent accès à une terrasse exposée plein sud.
La chambre 2 est équipée de deux lits simples, de placards intégrés et de portes-fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse.
La chambre 3 dispose d’un lit double.
Ces deux chambres partagent une spacieuse salle de bain familiale, rénovée en 2021, avec une grande douche italienne.

La villa est équipée de la climatisation chaud/froid dans le salon et toutes les chambres, du Wi-Fi gratuit, d’un système d’alarme et de fenêtres à double vitrage.
Extérieurs
Les jardins sont soigneusement entretenus et offrent de vastes espaces engazonnés ainsi qu’une belle sélection de plantes locales, arbustes et palmiers.
Le jardin est entièrement clôturé et garantit une intimité totale.
La villa dispose également d’une terrasse sur le toit privée offrant de superbes vues panoramiques.
Le jacuzzi privé (situé près de la piscine) peut être chauffé moyennant un supplément de 100 € par semaine ou séjour partiel.

Informations importantes
Il s’agit d’un logement en gestion libre. Les produits de nettoyage ne sont pas fournis, à l’exception d’un petit kit de démarrage. Le papier toilette est fourni à l’arrivée mais n’est pas renouvelé pendant le séjour.

Villa Nox est idéale pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants, car la piscine est entièrement clôturée et sécurisée. Spacieuse et confortable, la villa est entourée de jardins totalement clos, offrant intimité et sécurité.
Remarque : Pour les réservations de clients âgés de 18 à 24 ans, une caution de 200 € par personne est demandée en espèces à l’arrivée. Elle sera remboursée après le départ (après inspection et nettoyage) dans un délai maximal de 10 jours par virement bancaire ou PayPal.

La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend four électrique, plaque électrique, hotte, réfrigérateur/congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain et machines à café (filtre & capsules). Tous les ustensiles nécessaires à la gestion libre sont fournis.
Un cellier séparé dispose d’un fer et d’une planche à repasser. L’accès arrière mène au jardin avec étendoir.
Un WC invités est également disponible au rez-de-chaussée.
Toujours au rez-de-chaussée : une chambre avec deux lits simples, armoire, climatisation et portes coulissantes vers l’extérieur.
