Villa Ocre está localizada numa zona residencial, a cerca de 500 metros da magnífica Praia da Galé. Esta espaçosa villa familiar encontra-se a uma curta distância a pé de excelentes restaurantes locais e do supermercado Apolónia.
A villa dispõe de uma grande piscina privada, churrasqueira a carvão, mesa de ténis de mesa e jardins seguros. A piscina pode ainda ser aquecida mediante um custo adicional.
Interior
O amplo salão / sala de jantar tem vista direta para a piscina e para os jardins.
A cozinha totalmente equipada inclui máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar loiça, frigorífico/congelador, forno elétrico, placa a gás, micro-ondas, ferro e tábua de engomar, chaleira elétrica, torradeira, máquina de café (marca Continente – cápsulas) e batedeira elétrica, bem como todos os utensílios essenciais para uma estadia em regime de self-catering.
Uma porta da cozinha dá acesso direto à área do churrasco.
Existe ainda um WC de serviço no rés do chão, com sanita e lavatório.

No rés do chão encontram-se dois quartos, ambos com portas de correr que dão acesso aos jardins. Estes quartos dispõem de ar condicionado, roupeiros embutidos e partilham uma casa de banho ampla com banheira e chuveiro.

Located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and local amenities as well as a 5 mins drive to the Marina and 10 to Old Town, it is perfectly located. |

Great villa near the beach, restaurants and supermarket

We were 2 couples staying during the low season in March. This villa is perfectly located, wonderfully spacious, and just a few minutes walk to the beach, cliffs for hiking, and restaurants. A great supermarket Apolonia is also just a few minutes awaplus
We were 2 couples staying during the low season in March. This villa is perfectly located, wonderfully spacious, and just a few minutes walk to the beach, cliffs for hiking, and restaurants. A great supermarket Apolonia is also just a few minutes away and caters to tourists. It has everything that you need including a nice cafe. The villa is large enough to spread out with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 on the upper. It was clean, well equipped and worked out perfectly for a stay. Guillermo, who checked us in and gave us a tour of the villa, was very helpful and always available by phone. We could park on the street right in front of the villa. There is no through traffic. But best of all is that we every morning we could take a nice walk along the beach or along the cliffs before starting our day of touring the Algarve region. We could also end the day watching a great sunset at one of the beachside restaurants. We plan on returning several more times to the area and hope to stay either here or at one of the other villas offered by Villas Duma. This is a first class rental agency to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at villa ocre. Such a perfect spacious villa for the eight of us. Spotlessly clean and fantastic communal space. The bedrooms are really good sizes and the terrace overlooking the swimming pool was ideal for meals. Ideal loplus

Ideal location too, few mins walk to a supermarket and in the other direction, a few mins walk to the beach. Quiet location which suited us perfectly. Luis, our property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. He managed all our airport transfers too which was great. Thank you.
