This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house is located on the popular condominium of Monte da Balaia. There is capacity for 6 adults + 2 children (using 2 additional fold up type beds).
The condominium features a swimming pool, separate children's pool, a tennis court and lovely large communal gardens and lawns.
Accessing the property is via 11 steps. There is a huge entrance hall/room with wardrobe so ideal for general storage.
The large open plan living / dining area is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, dining table with 8 chairs and a flatscreen TV with a cinema surround sound system. There is access to a huge, south facing private terrace which also overlooks the communal swimming pool and gardens and you can even see the sea in the distance. The terrace has a gas BBQ and table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is an island with stools and also a handy built in wine rack. There are also all necessary utensils and condiments needed for a self catering stay.
On the ground floor there is also a shower room / toilet.
On the first floor, the master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe, a private bathroom with bathtub and shower over, toilet and sink. There is a large double bed, TV and double patio doors leading on to the private furnished terrace with gorgeous views over the swimming pool, gardens and the sea!
The second and third bedrooms each have double beds, fitted wardrobes and share a balcony. They also share a bathroom with bathtub and shower over, toilet and sink.
There is air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Public parking is available outside on the street.
Please note, the property is located in a condominium with a shared swimming pool and shared tennis court. Guests are requested to respect the rules – it is not permitted to use large inflatables in the swimming pool. The pool opening hours are from 08.00 hours to 20.00 hours. Please also respect the neighbours and other guests by keeping noise levels reasonable.
Travel cots can be provided for an additional 25 Euros each cot.
High chairs can be provided for an additional 10 Euros each chair.
All reservations include a full clean upon departure.
If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.
If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
Please note that for bookings of persons under 24 years old, a security deposit of € 200 per person will be paid in cash upon check-in. This deposit will be returned upon inspection and cleaning of the villa, provided everything is in order, within 10 days after check out via bank transfer.
