Cascata village is a beautiful, private condominium located in Branqueira, close to Albufeira. It boasts of gorgeous gardens and a communal swimming pool.
Lote Q is a spacious and modern townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all beautifully decorated, offering you comfortable accommodation for your family and friends to enjoy.
On the ground floor you are welcomed by a spacious entry hall, leading to a bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. It opens up to a beautiful terrace that features a table for six and a portable BBQ, allowing you to enjoy your meals outdoors.
On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower cubicle.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with integrated appliances that include a dishwasher, electric oven and induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. The smaller appliances include a kettle, toaster, iron, coffee machine (Krups), ironing board and all utensils needed to enjoy a self-catering stay.
The living room has a dining table that seats six, a comfortable sofa, an easy chair, TV and a fire place. The living room opens up to a beautiful outdoor terrace as well.
On the first floor, bedroom 2 has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, opening up to a small balcony.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes with great closet space and an en suite bathroom that includes a bathtub and shower over. This bedroom also has a lovely balcony.
On the first floor there is also an outdoor terrace with a beautifully painted mural and a table for six.
The property has air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms, wi-fi and a parking space is available in the communal car park.
The communal swimming pool has a separate children’s pool and is easily accessed from the property and there are lots of grassed areas around making it ideal for families with children.
There are a total of 19 properties in the condominium that share the swimming pool.
All reservations include a full clean upon departure.
If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.
If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.

Villa Moisés is a spacious townhouse with 3 bedrooms in a fantastic location close to the wonderful beach of Falesia. Please note, we don't accept reservations from groups of young people under the age of 24 years. This town house is in a condominium with access to lovely communal gardens and swimming pool and is literally 300 mts from the golden sandy beach of Falesia. There are 10 properties which share access to the communal pool and gardens. It comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a WC and has capacity for up to 8 people (using 2 additional fold up type beds). There is a great private terrace over looking the communal swimming pool and gardens with table and 6 chairs. A gate leads directly on to the garden area and swimming pool. The property is access by steps and external parking is available by the entrance. Internally the fully fitted kitchen is equipped with electric oven, integrated microwave, hob with 2 electric rings and one gas ring, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, electric hand blender and all utensils and crockery needed for a self catering stay. There is a table and 4 chairs in the kitchen and a small private terrace with charcoal BBQ. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor. Double doors lead to the living area which has a large L shaped sofa, fire place, TV with some international channels, DVD player, CD music system, dining table with chairs and air conditioning. On the first floor, bedroom one has 2 single beds, air conditioning, large fitted wardrobes and double doors opening on to a shared terrace which overlooks the communal gardens and swimming pool. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, air conditioning, large fitted wardrobes and double doors opening on to a shared terrace which overlooks the communal gardens and swimming pool.
