Villa Cecilia is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa in a perfect location with great sea views, particularly from the first floor and roof terrace. It has maximum capacity for 6 adults + 2 children (using 2 extra single beds).
PLEASE NOTE, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FROM YOUTH GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 24 YEARS.
It is situated just a short walk from the Old Town Centre of Albufeira (approximately 20 minutes, or around 1.5 kms) making this the perfect place for a family stay without the use of a car.
The entrance hall has a charming feature stone ceiling giving the villa a majestic feel.
The split-level living room / dining area has comfortable sofas, fireplace, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs and air conditioning. Patio doors open out onto the swimming pool terrace and gardens.
The bright kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with electric oven, microwave, electric hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all the necessary pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery needed for a self-catering stay.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge freezer, iron and ironing board.
A large bedroom is also on the ground floor with double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, private balcony and a private bathroom (which has a bath with shower over).
A guest toilet completes the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a full bathroom and a bedroom with twin single beds. The bedroom also features large fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a private balcony with sea views.
The master bedroom has a double bed. The bedroom has air conditioning and a large en-suite shower room. The private balcony has a table and chairs where you can sit and admire the alluring views over to the sea.
For entertainment, on the lower ground floor is a great games room with ping pong table and an exercise machine (not suitable for children).
From the first floor, external stairs lead to a private roof terrace with the most superb views towards Albufeira and over the sea.
There is free wi-fi throughout the villa.
Externally the villa boasts a beautiful decked private swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a charcoal BBQ and small gardens. There are sunlounges by the pool and a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Parking is available on the street.
Villa Cecilia is located in a residential area, a short stroll from the Old Town of Albufeira and also a short distance from Oura area. There is an abundance of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, stunning beaches, and local amenities within easy walking distance of the villa.
All reservations include a full clean upon departure.
If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.
If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.

The villa has good areas, super clean and had all the necessities. It is in close walking distance from the beach, close to shops/restaurantes and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Management was helpful and attentive to our requirements. I wouldsee more

The villa could do with abit of an upgrade, although we had a lovely wooden table and benches on the patio it was abit uncomfortable and cramped. I liked the fact that the villa is on a corner stand, however not too private as the pool area is in thsee more

Villa Doce Vita is a charming, single story villa with beautiful landscaped gardens and a large private swimming pool which can be heated (for an additional 200 Euros per week/part week) and a stunning private jacuzzi, that can also be heated (for an additional 100 Euros per week/part week.) The villa has capacity for 6 adults or 6 adults + 2 children in extra fold up type beds. Appealing to families or groups seeking a relaxing location but within a few minutes of the coast, the villa is ideally located near to Olhos de Agua and just a short drive from the buzz of Albufeira. Internally there is a spacious fully fitted white kitchen topped with a glossy black marble work surface. Integrated appliances from Bosch include electric oven, induction hob and a dish washer. The washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are situated in the separate laundry room, which also has plenty of storage space. Other appliances include fridge freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and hand blender. The open plan living / dining room features a huge curved squishy leather sofa, marble dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen smart TV (with Netflix and other apps) and a wonderful rustic style fireplace. Curved patio doors lead out from the living area on to an extensive, covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. An outdoor table with dining chairs can be found here for you to enjoy your meals in the shade, with the charcoal BBQ also located close by. A couple of steps down leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, generous wardrobe, valuables safe and en-suite shower room with a fabulous walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Double doors lead out from the bedroom on to a south facing terrace. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading on to the terrace and bedroom 3 has a double bed. These bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom that was renovated in 2021 with large walk in Italian shower. Villa Dolce Vita boasts hot/cold air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms and free wi-fi. The house also is equipped with a security alarm. Windows are double glazed. Externally there are well tended gardens with ample grassed areas and pretty local plants, bushes and palm trees. The garden area is completely fenced and extremely private. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house is located on the popular condominium of Monte da Balaia. There is capacity for 6 adults + 2 children (using 2 additional fold up type beds). The condominium features a swimming pool, separate children's pool, a tennis court and lovely large communal gardens and lawns. Accessing the property is via 11 steps. There is a huge entrance hall/room with wardrobe so ideal for general storage. The large open plan living / dining area is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, dining table with 8 chairs and a flatscreen TV with a cinema surround sound system. There is access to a huge, south facing private terrace which also overlooks the communal swimming pool and gardens and you can even see the sea in the distance. The terrace has a gas BBQ and table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is an island with stools and also a handy built in wine rack. There are also all necessary utensils and condiments needed for a self catering stay. On the ground floor there is also a shower room / toilet. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe, a private bathroom with bathtub and shower over, toilet and sink.
