Villa Vale Navio 40 is a charming and spacious family villa, offering three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, beautifully landscaped gardens, and a large private swimming pool, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing Algarve getaway.

Upon entering the villa, guests are welcomed into a well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven and hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge-freezer, providing everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.

The bright and airy living area is designed with relaxation in mind. Large glass patio doors flood the space with natural light and open directly onto the terrace and pool area. Inside, guests can enjoy comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace, air conditioning, and a large flat-screen Smart TV. Outside, the spacious terrace offers an inviting outdoor dining area with seating for up to eight guests, perfect for al fresco meals overlooking the gardens and pool.

The ground floor offers two bedrooms. The first features a double bed, large fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace and pool area through patio doors. The second bedroom is ideal for families, offering three single beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and its own access to the terrace and pool area. A modern shower room with a large walk-in shower serves these bedrooms.

Occupying the first floor is the impressive master suite, complete with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub with overhead shower. Patio doors open onto a large, beautifully furnished balcony where guests can relax while enjoying lovely views of the surrounding area. External stairs lead directly from the balcony to the swimming pool below, adding both convenience and privacy.

The villa's generous private swimming pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor space and is complemented by a poolside shower and toilet. The surrounding gardens offer a variety of areas to unwind, whether soaking up the sunshine or enjoying a shaded retreat. To the rear of the property, guests will find a table tennis table, providing additional entertainment for all ages.

Additional features include a charcoal barbecue, Wi-Fi throughout the property, a safety deposit box, and electric window shutters. Parking is available on the public road directly outside the villa.

All reservations include a full clean upon departure. If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included. If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.

This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack; therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet, but these are not replenished during your stay.

NOTE: the swimming pool cannot be heated.
