Description
Villa Lima is in an enviable position just over 100 mts from wooden steps leading down to the beautiful local beach of Olhos de Agua, by the Restaurant O Pássaro Azul.
Traditional in style and finishing’s, Villa Lima is a 4 bedroom villa with 3 bathrooms. It can sleep up to 10 people using 2 additional fold up beds.
The kitchen has fitted wooden cupboards and marble work tops. Appliances include fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and electric hob together with all the necessary utensils and cooking equipment to enjoy a self-catering stay including pots, pans, electric hand whisk, juicer, toaster and coffee machine to name a few.
A washing machine is also available.
The living area has sofas, log burning fireplace, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV with choice of some international channels via cable system and wi-fi. Patio doors open on to a covered terrace with table and chairs.
Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading to a small private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and air conditioning. It also has private en-suite bathroom with hydro massage bathtub and shower over.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading to a shared balcony with the living area and air conditioning. It also has private en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle.
Stairs lead to the lower level where there are 2 further bedrooms, each with 2 x single beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors leading on to a shared terrace. These 2 bedrooms share a shower room.
Externally there is a charcoal BBQ and a large private swimming pool (measuring approximately 3 mts x 6 mts and with a depth ranging from 1 mt to 2.10 mts.) The villa is walled with access via entrance gates and space for parking for 2 standard size vehicles.
All reservations include a full clean upon departure.
If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.
If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
