Description
Villa Doce Vita is a charming, single story villa with 3 bedrooms, beautiful landscaped gardens and a large private swimming pool which can be heated (for an additional 200 Euros per week/part week) and a stunning private jacuzzi, that can also be heated (for an additional 100 Euros per week/part week.)
The villa has capacity for 6 adults or 6 adults + 2 children in extra fold up type beds.
Appealing to families or groups seeking a relaxing location but within a few minutes of the coast, the villa is ideally located near to Olhos de Agua and just a short drive from the buzz of Albufeira.
Internally there is a spacious fully fitted white kitchen topped with a glossy black marble work surface. Integrated appliances from Bosch include electric oven, induction hob and a dish washer. The washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are situated in the separate laundry room, which also has plenty of storage space. Other appliances include fridge freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and hand blender.
The open plan living / dining room features a huge curved squishy leather sofa, marble dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen smart TV (with Netflix and other apps) and a wonderful rustic style fireplace.
Curved patio doors lead out from the living area on to an extensive, covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. An outdoor table with dining chairs can be found here for you to enjoy your meals in the shade, with the charcoal BBQ also located close by.
A couple of steps down leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, generous wardrobe, valuables safe and en-suite shower room with a fabulous walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Double doors lead out from the bedroom on to a south facing terrace.
Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading on to the terrace and bedroom 3 has a double bed. These bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom that was renovated in 2021 with large walk in Italian shower.
Villa Dolce Vita boasts hot/cold air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms and free wi-fi. The house also is equipped with a security alarm. Windows are double glazed.
Externally there are well tended gardens with ample grassed areas and pretty local plants, bushes and palm trees. The garden area is completely fenced and extremely private.
The villa features a private roof terrace offering fabulous all-round views. The private jacuzzi (located by the pool) can be heated for an additional 100 Euros per week/part week. The pool can also be heated for an additional 200 Euros per week/part week.
Villa Dolce Vita offers peace and seclusion but yet is approximately 1.5 kms from the wonderful beach of Maria Luisa and around 1 km to the nearest supermarket.
Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.

Dolce Vita is a lovely villa, it has everything you need. The pool is amazing with the jacuzzi. The roof top area is great to catch the sun and get great views. The bbq area is great, and seating outside to spend evenings eatings outside.

It is tucked away in a quiet area but close enough to get around. It is a very safe and friendly area. We are regular returning guests and will keep coming back. The team are very helpful and are available at all times. |

She corresponded with us all the way to ensure a seamless process. The little touches that the company does, such as pool towels and robes really enhance the whole experience. Housekeeping and the ground man/ pool man are really friendly and are very efficient. Overall I would full recommend this company and the villa. Location is amazing and only a short walk to some really lovely restaurants. |

The villa was beautiful and in a great location. As usual the attention to detail from the team was excellent from the welcome at airport pick up and arrival at the villa, the housekeeping team, the pool man and Luis who was always happy to help.
Would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in visiting the Algarve. Very professional and the villas are of a very high standard. |

Everything was perfect from the moment we made the booking with Villasduma. Our contact throughout was Helen who was lovely and so professional. She sent us a confirmation email as soon as we paid the deposit and nearer the date we were sent more insee more

She sent us a confirmation email as soon as we paid the deposit and nearer the date we were sent more information about the villa and given excellent directions to get to the villa. The villa itself is bright and homely and the outdoor area is wonderful. Our children couldn’t get enough of the pool and the space to play outside. The location was fantastic as well, very peaceful and near the local shops and also a 2 min drive to the beach. We were so impressed that cleaners came twice a week and so did a pool maintenance man before we were even up. All in all a wonderful stay and one we recommend to anyone looking to book a Villa with this company. We will definitely be repeating in the near future.

Although the villa canopy provided some shade a couple of sunshadesumbrellas would have been ideal. A couple of the bed mattresses weren't the best quality and were difficult to sleep on.

Overall an excellent stay 9our 2nd0 with Villa Duma, and one we will most certainly return to.

Die Couch im Wohnzimmer hat mittlerweile ziemliche Gebrauchsspuren und könnte eine Auffrischung/Erneuerung vertragen. |

Villa Mirante offers stunning views over Vale de Parra area to the coast.
Villa Mirante is a spacious, private villa which is ideal for families as the swimming pool is fenced and gated. The swimming pool can also be heated for an additional fee of 200 Euros per week/part week (payable upon check in).
The elevated villa offers beautiful views over the countryside to the coast and is located in a quiet area with a few other neighbouring villas.
Access to the main entrance door is via 6 steps. Internally the villa comprises of large entrance hall leading to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen with marble work surfaces, electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all utensils, pans and crockery needed to enjoy a self catering stay. The separate utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is a living/dining area with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD player, dining table and chairs. Patio doors open out on to the terrace and pool area and there is also an exterior table and chairs on the covered terrace.
There are 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor, each with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has double bed and the other has 2 x single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a spacious shower room with large walk in shower, twin basins and toilet.
The curved stairs lead to the first floor where there are 2 further bedrooms. One bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over. The fourth bedroom has 2 x single beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
These upper bedrooms each have patio doors leading on to a shared terrace offering wonderful views.
There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and living area. The villa also has a security alarm system and there is ample parking for 3 vehicles.
Externally there is a charcoal BBQ, pretty garden area with some grass, table tennis table and terraced areas with sun loungers.
The swimming pool measures around 11 mts x 5 mts and varies in depth from 1 mt to 2.5 mts. Can also be heated for an additional fee of 200 Euros per week/part week (payable upon check in).
A car would be recommended when staying at Villa Mirante.
Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.

Villa Nox is the perfect choice for families with young children as the swimming pool is completely fenced and gated. The villa is spacious and comfortably equipped and the gardens are totally walled offering privacy and security.
Please note, for reservations from people aged 18 to 24 years, a 200 Euro security deposit each person will be payable in cash at check in. This would be refunded after an inspection and cleaning of the villa, providing everything was OK, up until 10 days after check out via bank transfer.
Located in a residential area, all the amenities of Albufeira are close by and easily accessible.
Internally, on the ground floor the villa comprises of a large living area with sofas, chairs, air conditioning, TV and dining table with 8 chairs. There is a feature fireplace in the living area. Doors open out onto the terrace and gardens.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machines (both filter and capsule) and all items such as crockery, pans and implements needed to self-cater. There is a separate pantry area with the iron, ironing board and storage space. The back door accesses the garden area and drying rack for hanging out clothes to dry.
Just off the hallway is a cloakroom with toilet and sink.
There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and sliding doors accessing the exterior.
On the first floor, bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a private terrace.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom is ideal for the younger children as there is no terrace, just windows.
There is a large bathroom with double basins, toilet, bathtub with shower over and a separate shower cubicle.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a large private terrace. It also has an en-suite shower room with walk in shower, double basins and toilet.
Externally there is a large dining table with 8 chairs on the terrace and two portable BBQ’s are available for outdoor grilling.
There is parking space for 2 – 3 cars.
The villa has wi-fi, double glazed windows with shutters and mosquito nets, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living/dining area and smoke detectors / fire extinguishers.
All reservations include a full clean upon departure.
If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.
If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.
