Villa Quintinha da Balaia est une superbe villa, idéale pour les grandes familles ou les groupes. Elle dispose d’une piscine privée, d’un jacuzzi privé et de vastes jardins paysagers, offrant une atmosphère de calme et de tranquillité.
La piscine peut être chauffée moyennant un supplément de 200 € par semaine ou partie de semaine, et le jacuzzi pour 70 € par semaine ou partie de semaine.
Les jardins entièrement clos proposent plusieurs terrasses couvertes et découvertes ainsi qu’un superbe espace barbecue, parfait pour les repas en plein air.
À l’intérieur des portails de la villa, l’ambiance est paisible et relaxante. La propriété bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à seulement 15 minutes à pied du charmant village de pêcheurs d’Olhos de Água, avec ses boutiques, supermarchés, restaurants et bars. La magnifique plage de sable de Maria Luísa se trouve à environ 20 minutes à pied.
En entrant dans la villa, vous découvrez un vaste hall d’entrée avec un élégant escalier en marbre incurvé.
Au rez-de-chaussée, se trouvent le salon avec canapés et fauteuils ainsi qu’une salle à manger séparée avec une table circulaire.
La grande cuisine blanche, avec plans de travail en marbre foncé, offre de nombreux rangements et est entièrement équipée avec 2 plaques à gaz, 2 plaques électriques, un four électrique, un micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur/congélateur et même un gril intégré séparé.
Le rez-de-chaussée comprend également une buanderie, des toilettes invités et trois grandes chambres, toutes avec salle de bains privative (baignoire avec douche) :
Chambre 1 : lit double, espace suffisant pour un lit bébé, salle de bains privative
Chambre 2 : lit double, salle de bains privative et portes-fenêtres donnant sur une terrasse
Chambre 3 : lit double, salle de bains privative et portes-fenêtres donnant sur une terrasse
Au premier étage se trouvent deux autres chambres, chacune avec deux lits simples, une salle de bains privative (baignoire avec douche) et des portes-fenêtres menant à une terrasse privée.
Lorsque la villa accueille plus de 10 personnes, deux lits d’appoint pliants sont ajoutés.
Toutes les chambres ainsi que le salon disposent de la climatisation chaud/froid. La villa est équipée du Wi-Fi gratuit, d’une télévision à écran plat avec chaînes internationales, d’un coffre-fort et d’un système d’alarme.
Pour les loisirs, les hôtes peuvent profiter d’une table de ping-pong et d’un billard (billard à pièces).
Un parking privé spacieux est disponible pour plusieurs véhicules.
Olhos de Água est idéalement situé entre Vilamoura (environ 15 minutes en voiture) et Albufeira (7 à 8 minutes). L’aéroport de Faro est accessible en environ 35 minutes.
De nombreux parcours de golf se trouvent à proximité, notamment le Pine Cliffs (9 trous), tandis que Vilamoura propose plusieurs parcours renommés. Le golf de Balaia Village (9 trous) est accessible en 15 minutes à pied.
Les transferts aéroport peuvent être organisés (frais supplémentaires).

The photos do not do this Villa justice. All the rooms are large in size and the layout of the Villa is splendid. Everything you would require is there for your stay.The pool and surrounding area is exquisite and was a nice way to cool off after a cplus

Everything you would require is there for your stay.The pool and surrounding area is exquisite and was a nice way to cool off after a couple hours sunbathing. A special thanks to Daniel who was our Villa manager, and even assisted in organising a birthday cake that was required for one of our group. A car is not required if you are fit and able as there are a good selections of restaurants and a couple of bars within a 20 min walk.
The only negative was the grumpy driver who collected us from the airport who complained about the length of time it took us to come through arrivals but this was due to one of our cases coming through later than the others, but they are a 3rd party and nothing to do with Villas Dumas |

Very spacious, very clean, very large showers . Bedrooms have very good beds and bedding. Good supply of kitchen Utensils. We only had the hot tub heated and it was excellent. Beautiful accommodations and you won't be disappointed.

Perhaps provide some basic amenities such as dishwasher tabs, washing tablets, salt and pepper, a bottle of water to start us off etc we had to buy full size from the supermarket and only used a few times. Otherwise everything was great!

The outdoor kitchen (with separate fridge freezer and hob) is absolutely amazing and we cooked more out here than we did in the main kitchen in the house. If you're going, you also need to try the pizza oven (wood logs provided) which is right next to the outdoor kitchen - it's great fun to do with the kids.
The main house itself is fabulous, with a high quality pool table in the living room, as well as table football and loads of space for sitting/lounging/watching tv. There is one double with ensuite upstairs, and then 2 beds downstairs (double and a twin) which share a big bathroom downstairs with large bath. There is then a massive annexe set apart from the main house, with its own bathroom and dressing room, and a bedroom big enough to have an additional sofa. The swimming pool is great for kids - a shallow sectioned off area for the little ones that is covered by the roof that covers the outdoor kitchen, and then the main pool which also has the shallow section situated under that covered area. There are beds enough for everyone, and having the fridge nearby means easy access to cold beer. There is also a toilet and a shower right there, so trips back to the main house (the other side of the driveway) are unnecessary if you're spending a day by the pool. Just returned from a great week away in villa Quintana de balaia. ideal location in olihos de agua. 5 min walk to nearest and cheap restaurants some all you can eat. Bars sell stubbys for a euro in same area. You can stroll in to olhos de agua/beachshort taxi in to albuferra. The accomadations size does not justify its self in video its huge and well laid out and very clean. Helen the villa manager is extremely helpful and nothing is a problem for her. Will definitely be booking again.

Exellent choice of villa with plenty of space if you need it. Set In huge grounds this place is very quit but not to far from amenities. We enjoyed are stay here imensley. Thx too villa manager Helen for all your help.

Villa Maria est une villa moderne, spacieuse et très calme, offrant une grande piscine privée pouvant être chauffée moyennant un supplément de 200 € par semaine ou partie de semaine.
La villa dispose d’un accès Internet (Wi-Fi) et de la climatisation dans toute la propriété.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec four électrique, plaque de cuisson électrique, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur/congélateur et lave-linge.
Le salon comprend deux canapés confortables ainsi qu’une table à manger avec chaises.
Chaque chambre est équipée de placards intégrés.

Solar das Palmeiras est une superbe villa, idéale pour les grandes familles ou les groupes. Elle dispose d’une piscine privée ainsi que d’une piscine séparée pour enfants (utilisation sous surveillance).
La piscine peut être chauffée moyennant un supplément de 200 € par semaine ou par séjour partiel.
Les vastes jardins paysagers et entièrement clos offrent des terrasses couvertes et découvertes ainsi qu’un magnifique espace barbecue, parfait pour les repas en plein air. À l’intérieur de la propriété, l’atmosphère est paisible et propice à la détente.
