Incrível Vila, ideal para famílias ou até mesmo casamentos, localizada numa zona tranquila e segura em Albufeira, perto de tudo. Com uma capacidade máxima de 12 pessoas.
Existem 6 quartos (2 destes quartos encontram-se em anexos separados da casa principal).
O espaço exterior é amplo, composto por um enorme jardim, área de barbeque ampla e bem equipada, uma piscina para crianças, uma piscina para adultos e um jacuzzi. A área de acesso ás piscinas e ao jacuzzi encontra-se vedada, como forma de proteção para as crianças.
Uma lavandaria, também ela espaçosa, onde encontra máquina de lavar roupa, molas e um estendal.
No interior, a casa dispõe de uma cozinha equipada de utensílios básicos como talheres, panelas, pratos, como também de eletrodomésticos como o micro-ondas, forno, fogão, torradeira, máquina de café de cápsulas, frigorífico, congelador, máquina de lavar loiça e chaleira elétrica.
A sala de estar ampla, dispõe de ar condicionado, Televisão, zona de convívio, e uma mesa de matraquilhos, e uma mesa de snooker.
Todos os quartos dispõem de ar condicionado.
O quarto suite (numero 1) que se encontra no primeiro andar, dispõe de wc privativo.
Os 3 quartos no rés do chão da casa principal (que foram todos renovados em 2024), todos têm casas de banho privativas. Os quartos 2 e 3 têm camas de casal e o quarto 4 tem duas camas individuais.
O quarto 4 pode ser acedido externamente separadamente ou através do quarto 3, uma vez que existe uma porta adjacente - este quarto ideal como um quarto familiar, se necessário.
O quarto do anexo também dispõe de casa de banho privativa.
Um outro quarto está localizado num outro anexo junto à piscina (também separado da casa principal). Este tem uma cama de casal e uma casa de banho privativa com duche.

The photos do not do this Villa justice. All the rooms are large in size and the layout of the Villa is splendid. Everything you would require is there for your stay.The pool and surrounding area is exquisite and was a nice way to cool off after a cver mais

Everything you would require is there for your stay.The pool and surrounding area is exquisite and was a nice way to cool off after a couple hours sunbathing. A special thanks to Daniel who was our Villa manager, and even assisted in organising a birthday cake that was required for one of our group. A car is not required if you are fit and able as there are a good selections of restaurants and a couple of bars within a 20 min walk.
The only negative was the grumpy driver who collected us from the airport who complained about the length of time it took us to come through arrivals but this was due to one of our cases coming through later than the others, but they are a 3rd party and nothing to do with Villas Dumas |

Very spacious, very clean, very large showers . Bedrooms have very good beds and bedding. Good supply of kitchen Utensils. We only had the hot tub heated and it was excellent. Beautiful accommodations and you won't be disappointed.

Blocked sink in one of the bathrooms- from reporting the issue, a plumber and cleaner sorted the problem and were off site within 2 hours of the phone call, (that is service). Excellent communications (Helen is a real asset to the company). Have already recommended villasduma to friends and would definitely use again. Totally professional company. |

Perhaps provide some basic amenities such as dishwasher tabs, washing tablets, salt and pepper, a bottle of water to start us off etc we had to buy full size from the supermarket and only used a few times. Otherwise everything was great!

Mattress was very firm, my back is a little sore from it.
Around the jacuzzi has sharp stones which was quite unusual and the area under the roof by the pool gets incredibly slippery

This Villa is absolutely superb! The grounds are huge and the facilities are fantastic. The outdoor kitchen (with separate fridge freezer and hob) is absolutely amazing and we cooked more out here than we did in the main kitchen in the house. If you're going, you also need to try the pizza oven (wood logs provided) which is right next to the outdoor kitchen - it's great fun to do with the kids.
The main house itself is fabulous, with a high quality pool table in the living room, as well as table football and loads of space for sitting/lounging/watching tv. There is one double with ensuite upstairs, and then 2 beds downstairs (double and a twin) which share a big bathroom downstairs with large bath. There is then a massive annexe set apart from the main house, with its own bathroom and dressing room, and a bedroom big enough to have an additional sofa. The swimming pool is great for kids - a shallow sectioned off area for the little ones that is covered by the roof that covers the outdoor kitchen, and then the main pool which also has the shallow section situated under that covered area. There are beds enough for everyone, and having the fridge nearby means easy access to cold beer. There is also a toilet and a shower right there, so trips back to the main house (the other side of the driveway) are unnecessary if you're spending a day by the pool. Just returned from a great week away in villa Quintana de balaia. ideal location in olihos de agua. 5 min walk to nearest and cheap restaurants some all you can eat. Bars sell stubbys for a euro in same area. You can stroll in to olhos de agua/beachshort taxi in to albuferra. The accomadations size does not justify its self in video its huge and well laid out and very clean. Helen the villa manager is extremely helpful and nothing is a problem for her. Will definitely be booking again.

Exellent choice of villa with plenty of space if you need it. Set In huge grounds this place is very quit but not to far from amenities. We enjoyed are stay here imensley. Thx too villa manager Helen for all your help.
