This is a superb, extensive 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with private swimming pool, ideal for families, located in a residential area of Albufeira.
The property boasts 4 bedrooms, each with private bath/shower room and has capacity for 8 adults or 8 adults + 2 children using extra fold up type beds.
Entering the villa there is a bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes on the ground floor. This bedroom has a private shower room with large walk in shower.
There is also a separate shower room on the ground floor.
The large living and dining room has 3 leather sofas, flat screen TV with some English-speaking channels, DVD player, dining table and chairs. Patio doors open onto the raised terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. This terrace has a gate so if you have young children it offers security from the swimming pool and gardens. There is a large table and chairs on the terrace for outdoor dining.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. It has electric oven, hob with 3 gas rings and one electric ring, extractor fan, dishwasher and microwave. You will find a variety of pots, pans and utensils in the villa in case you wish to cook at home.
The separate laundry room has washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The curved staircase leads to the first floor where there are 3 other spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin single beds, wardrobes and a private shower room with large walk-in shower. It also has a great sized private terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The other bedrooms also have twin single beds, wardrobes, private bathrooms (bath with shower over) and small balcony.
Externally the private garden is fenced and gated and has some grassed areas and flower beds. For the G & T lovers, there are also a couple of lemon trees in the gardens so you could be lucky to pick your own lemon fresh from the tree!
Parking is available on the public street.
Just across from the villa is a children’s play area, a great little cafe and a skate park. There are a few small local restaurants, that also offer takeaways, within a 5 minute walk from the villa.
The large supermarkets and Albufeira Shopping are approximately a 15 minute walk away.
The beach of Praia da Oura is just under 2 kms from the villa. The Old Town of Albufeira is around 2.8 kms.
All reservations include a full clean upon departure.
If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.
If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.

Villa Doce Vita is a charming, single story villa with beautiful landscaped gardens and a large private swimming pool which can be heated (for an additional 200 Euros per week/part week) and a stunning private jacuzzi, that can also be heated (for an additional 100 Euros per week/part week.) The villa has capacity for 6 adults or 6 adults + 2 children in extra fold up type beds. Appealing to families or groups seeking a relaxing location but within a few minutes of the coast, the villa is ideally located near to Olhos de Agua and just a short drive from the buzz of Albufeira. Internally there is a spacious fully fitted white kitchen topped with a glossy black marble work surface. Integrated appliances from Bosch include electric oven, induction hob and a dish washer. The washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are situated in the separate laundry room, which also has plenty of storage space. Other appliances include fridge freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and hand blender. The open plan living / dining room features a huge curved squishy leather sofa, marble dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen smart TV (with Netflix and other apps) and a wonderful rustic style fireplace. Curved patio doors lead out from the living area on to an extensive, covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. An outdoor table with dining chairs can be found here for you to enjoy your meals in the shade, with the charcoal BBQ also located close by. A couple of steps down leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, generous wardrobe, valuables safe and en-suite shower room with a fabulous walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Double doors lead out from the bedroom on to a south facing terrace. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading on to the terrace and bedroom 3 has a double bed. These bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom that was renovated in 2021 with large walk in Italian shower. Villa Dolce Vita boasts hot/cold air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms and free wi-fi. The house also is equipped with a security alarm. Windows are double glazed. Externally there are well tended gardens with ample grassed areas and pretty local plants, bushes and palm trees. The garden area is completely fenced and extremely private. The villa features a private roof terrace offering fabulous all-round views. The private jacuzzi (located by the pool) can be heated for an additional 100 Euros per week/part week. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house is located on the popular condominium of Monte da Balaia. There is capacity for 6 adults + 2 children (using 2 additional fold up type beds). The condominium features a swimming pool, separate children's pool, a tennis court and lovely large communal gardens and lawns. Accessing the property is via 11 steps. There is a huge entrance hall/room with wardrobe so ideal for general storage. The large open plan living / dining area is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, dining table with 8 chairs and a flatscreen TV with a cinema surround sound system. There is access to a huge, south facing private terrace which also overlooks the communal swimming pool and gardens and you can even see the sea in the distance. The terrace has a gas BBQ and table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is an island with stools and also a handy built in wine rack. There are also all necessary utensils and condiments needed for a self catering stay. On the ground floor there is also a shower room / toilet. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe, a private bathroom with bathtub and shower over, toilet and sink.
